Yes, we welcome you to visit our office in Mumbai for physical inspection.

It is purely the customers’ choice how much they want to buy from us, one stone or thousand stones.

 

How do you ship the diamonds?

We ship diamonds to our customers through FedEx, BRINKS, MALCA AMIT,BVC LOGISTICS(G4S).

 

What is the charge for the shipment?

Shipping is absolutely ''FREE OF COST'' if your value of purchase is $ 5000 & more.

 

What could be minimum possible time to reach diamonds at my destination?

Normally within 3-4 business days.

 

What is your online payment term?

Goods are delivered on reciept of ADVANCE payment..

 

Do you accept credit cards?

No, the mode of payment is by way of SWIFT remittance through a bank.

 

Do you accept payment in US $ or other currencies also?

We accept Money in US $ only.

We have a “FAIR & FIXED PRICE POLICY” that eliminates negotiations / bargaining.

 

What do you mean by ''FAIR & FIXED PRICE POLICY'' ?

The prices of our goods are determined after a careful study of the market conditions with a view to ensure a fair deal for the customer. The prices are obviously fixed, eliminating the need of bargain and thus saving the valuable time of the customer.

 

In the certified diamonds, what is the carat range you are dealing into?

We have certified diamonds from 0.30ct to 5.00 cts.

 

Do you Sell non certified diamonds?

Yes. We have small & big diamonds both in our non certified category. They are available in our ''Parcel Diamonds'' category for this purpose you have to login

 

What is your production capacity for a month or year?

35,000 stones valued at $25 million per month.

 

If I buy non certified diamond from you, can you certify for me?

Yes, it is possible.

 

Do you keep your inventory on Rapport, Idex and Polygon ?

Yes.

 

What if we do not like the diamonds? Can we return?

We do not have a return policy at present. We suggest that you carefully select your diamonds so that the need of return does not arise.

 

From which laboratory you certify the diamonds?

Any of the following: Gemological Institute of America (GIA), International Gemological Institute (IGI), & Hoge Raad Voor Diamant (HRD) & European Gemological Laboratory(EGL).

 

Can you send me the sealed certificate?

Yes, it is possible to arrange for a sealed certificate for IGI certified diamonds on an additional fee of $50 per certificate.

 

Can you hold the stones for me for 24hrs ?

The stones selected have to be immediately ordered.

 

Can You provide your inventory for our use? Or can I upload your inventory at our website ?

Yes, it is possible with payment of suitable royalty.

 

What is your annual sales turn over on diamond for the year 2007-08?

Yes, we only carry natural conflict-free diamonds that are Kimberly process compliant and do not sell laboratory or man-made diamonds

 

How do I know that the item I purchase is the one that I will receive?

In respect of certified diamonds, the certificate number is inscribed on the girdle of the diamond which can be checked by you on receipt. For non certified diamonds, you have our assurance and guarantee for the genuineness of the stone and its specification.

 

How Much do you sell in a Month?

$ 20-25 million Approx.

 

If I place an order from my company and remit the money from other company, can you export the merchandise to my company?

No, we export the merchandise to that company from which we receive payment.
